Marketing Executive - Hybrid

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
This is a generalist role suited for someone who enjoys variety, can juggle several projects at once, and is comfortable working across digital, content, and offline marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, search, paid ads) and offline channels (events, print, partnerships)
· Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including content planning, posting, and community engagement
· Create marketing collaterals such as EDMs, brochures, social media graphics, and presentation decks
· Coordinate with external vendors and agencies (e.g., design, printing, ad platforms) to deliver campaign assets and media buys on time and within budget
· Track and report on campaign performance (leads, conversions, ROI) and provide recommendations for improvement
· Support lead generation efforts and work with the sales team to ensure quality leads are passed through and followed up
· Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and roadshows
· Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
· Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
· Support branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered)
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp/EDM tools)
· Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
