Role Summary:
The Assessment Support Admin provides dedicated administrative and compliance support for all assessment‑related activities within the Curriculum Department, with a strong emphasis on Learning Management Systems (LMS)‑based assessments. The role includes preparing, uploading, and validating Assessment Records (AR), cross‑referencing LMS assessment results, supporting invigilation, and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all assessment documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support all assessment activities conducted through the organisation’s LMS.
Verify learner submissions, marks, and completion statuses within the LMS to ensure accuracy.
Prepare accurate ARs for all upcoming classes according to programme and regulatory requirements.
Upload Assessment Records to the designated trainer folders before the course start date.
Maintain accurate filing and version control for all Assessment Records and assessment documents.
Maintain assessment folders with proper naming conventions and version accuracy.
Support LMS updates related to assessment availability, settings adjustments, and corrections.
Contribute to assessment quality improvements, workflow optimisation, and standardisation initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in an administrative, coordination, or assessment support role, preferably within training or education environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; basic digital literacy is essential and can navigate learning management system (LMS) interfaces comfortably.
High attention to detail, with strong capability in cross‑referencing, data accuracy, and compliance.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple classes simultaneously.
Clear communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Desirable:
Experience with training management systems (TMS), LMS platforms, or assessment-specific software
