Performance Marketing Executive
Join us as a Performance Marketing Executive, owning paid media from brief to live campaigns across Meta, Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn. Be data-driven, creative, and hands-on.
We are looking for a detail-oriented marketer to own the execution of our paid media campaigns. You will work directly with the managers to turn media plans into live, optimized campaigns across Meta, Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn. Crucially, you must also possess basic content creation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution (Primary): Build, launch, and QA campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft, and LinkedIn. Ensure targeting, budgets, and tracking (UTMs) are perfect.
Creative Briefing: Translate strategy into technical design briefs. You must articulate requirements clearly (e.g., "We need a 1080x1080 static image focused on the '70% Funding' hook").
Routine Optimization: Perform daily health checks—monitoring budget pacing and pausing underperforming ads.
Creative Adaptation (Coverage): Ability to make quick edits to ad assets using Canva or CapCut without waiting for a designer (e.g., changing a headline, resizing a video, or splicing a hook).
Content Support: Assist the Content team during peak periods or leave cover by filming simple class activities or testimonials.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of campaign structures and audience segmentation.
Creative Skills: Functional proficiency in Canva and mobile video editing (CapCut). You don't need to be a pro editor, but you must be able to create a decent content video independently if needed
Mindset: Analytical precision mixed with "creative self-sufficiency."
