Key Responsibilities
Analyse course demand and plan the annual/monthly training calendar.
Finalise and publish the training calendar to stakeholders, and create course runs in TMS.
Collect and forecast trainer availability on a monthly basis.
Coordinate and schedule trainers based on demand and availability.
Maintain updated course calendars, schedules, and trainer assignment records.
Manage last‑minute changes, including trainer reassignment or alternative arrangements.
Communicate schedule updates, changes, and requirements to internal teams, trainers, and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for queries related to planning and scheduling.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in coordination or scheduling (training or manufacturing environments preferred).
Highly meticulous, detail‑oriented, and accurate in work execution.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and scheduling tools.
Proactive problem-solver who remains calm when handling urgent or last-minute changes.
