Join our dynamic marketing team at @ASK Training as a Marketing Executive! We are looking for a creative and driven professional with a passion for marketing strategies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand's presence through innovative marketing campaigns and hands-on event management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Craft, plan, and execute compelling marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads that align with our business goals. Utilize various digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Content Scheduling : Assist with content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking on social channels, when needed. Conduct A/B testing, tracking setup, and post-campaign reporting to evaluate and optimise results.
Email Marketing: Design and implement effective email marketing strategies to engage and expand our audience. Manage email campaigns from concept through execution and analysis.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and events using key metrics. Prepare reports on campaign results and provide insights for improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing objectives are met.
Budget Management: Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and events, ensuring resources are used efficiently to achieve maximum impact.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma in Digital Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading successful marketing campaigns and coordinating events.
Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
Experience in using analytics software to monitor performance and identify improvements.
