The Career Executive will be pivotal in managing partnerships with Capstone project partners and supporting learners in their career development. This role ensures smooth communication between all stakeholders and tracks project engagement and outcomes, fostering a successful learning and project delivery experience. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Career Readiness Assessment via Workshops and Sessions
- Assess and profile learners based on career goals, skills, and industry interests.
- Conduct career workshops on job readiness, resumes, and interviews.
- Provide personalized career advisory through one-on-one sessions.
- Match graduates to freelance Classroom Support roles and job opportunities.
Capstone & Industry Partner Collaboration
- Forge partnerships with employers for internships, job placements, and projects.
- Engage industry at career fairs and networking events.
- Maintain a database of employers and industry partners for outreach.
Engagement and Career Outcome Tracking
- Track and analyze learner engagement in career services.
- Monitor and report career outcomes, including job placements and progression.
- Provide ongoing support to help learners achieve their career goals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum educational attainment of Diploma.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in both written and oral communication.
- Familiarity with resume building, interview techniques, and career development strategies.
- Keen eye to identify and pursue employment and collaboration opportunities.
- Experience in career services, talent development, or workforce planning.
- Work effectively with diverse populations and tailor services to meet individual needs.
- Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and standards in career services.
- Career coaching certification or qualification is a plus.
