Co-pilot Trainer
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Microsoft 365 & Copilot Trainer to join us. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on Microsoft 365 applications and digital workplace tools, including Copilot.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured training programs for users on Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
- Apply adult learning methodologies to enhance knowledge transfer and workplace adoption.
- Customize training content to meet business requirements and learner needs.
- Guide participants in practical application of Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Purview.
- Demonstrate the use of Microsoft Copilot for task automation, data evaluation, and policy implementation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information systems, IT Management, Business IT, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in data management, IT administration, information governance, and/or digital workplace solutions using Microsoft 365.
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or ACTA is mandatory.
- Preferred: Microsoft 365 certifications such as:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
- Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Prior experience in delivering WSQ or competency-based structured training programs.
- Proficient in both in-person and virtual training environments, with strong facilitation and engagement skills.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Demonstrated experience in using Copilot for automation and insights.
